I figured id share some of the ones ive been to that are on the list since most of the Northerners like to come down in may and stuff and may be planning vacations soon. And all of these i have been too mulitple times.

1. This is a very very relaxing place since most people that know about it tend to be locals. Its about an hour to and hour and a half from me and there is all kinds of great camping and woods near there along with the beach. Its a northern FL beach though meaning its not sand its shell peices.
Cape San Blas, Florida - PetVR.com #1 Most Dog Friendly Beach
Just 35 miles south of Panama City, but feeling as if it is worlds away, Cape San Blas beaches are peaceful, not overdeveloped; in fact, you can sometimes walk a mile or two in the off season without seeing another dog…or person. The state park at the end of the cape was recently named Best Beach In America by Dr. Beach (a real person, not a doggie…but most doggies would agree).

2. This is a GREAT place. THe pictures i have of me at the beach are actully all from here. Its a great kayaking place like it says but you can also jsut sit in a little private alcove they have set up everywhere and just launch from there and bbq and swim and take the dogs but also get a chance to kayak. The dog park there is HUGE and there are always a ton of dogs there and theres a walking trail and a BEAUTIFAL camping place that you can also launch kayaks and canoes from and you see dolphins from your site almost every night.

Fort DeSoto Park - North Beach, Florida
North Beach at Fort DeSoto Park is a natural jewel on the finger of a sun-drenched city," says Dr. Stephen Leatherman, known best as "Dr. Beach." "It's a long, wide, sugar sand beach with great shelling and thriving natural dunes, on the Gulf of Mexico. There's a 105-year-old fort that's a landmark of Florida history. Along with being a wonderful place to swim, there's fishing, boating, canoeing, kayaking, bird-watching, camping, biking, walking trails, and even a dog park for enjoying the outdoors with your four-legged pals," he adds with a wide grin. The beach also offers modern facilities and plenty of parking, key ingredients for top swimming beaches.

3.
Another place that is at the most an hour form me. This is an ok place it was alot better when i was younger but its more a commercialized beach island now still a great place to camp buyt once you leave the state park its rich beach houses. And it actully jsut opened back up a month ago from teh hurricanes. I actully have pictures of that place too if you would like some.

St. George Island, Florida - Pet Friendly Rentals

No wider than a mile at its widest point, and located near renowned historic towns in the Florida Gulf, there is plenty here for man and man’s best friend.

4.This is a great place to get away from everybody. There may be one restaurant there but no chains you have to take a boat to get there. Its a very simple place where you can relax without traffic or millions of lights.
Im actully going there New YEars to my friends beach house there.
Dog Island, Florida

It takes a bit of effort to reach, but your pooch will consider it worth the effort, as long as he/she doesn’t get seasick. Accessible only by boat, ferry, or airplane, Dog Island is 50 miles east of Panama City in the Florida Panhandle.

Just thought id help yall think of places a little less populated and very dog friendly. Plus then i might get to meet some chazzers :D LOL.
