I don't believe in abortion, unless the baby has a problem that will really be hard to live with comfortably... I would have aborted the child who got stuck in a 6 month old body, how awful to live in such conditions 
and that's coming from someone who will probably never be able to be pregnant...
I do however think that it's perfectly fine to put the baby for adoption if the parents don't think they can handle it... it wouldn't be fair for the child either. It's true that life is not perfect and you deal with the cards you are dealt, but if you feel you can't make a child happy, I think it's probably best to consider adoption. Same reason really we are looking to adopt a healthy child... at least for the first one. Some people just lack the experience to take care of special needs child, IMO.
