I'm not sure what's going on with my girl, but something is not right. She's been off all week. She keeps going upstairs and putting herself to bed alone. She spent almost the whole day upstairs by herself today. This is not like her at all.

We were training last night and she was happy to play for awhile but then she opted out and went to bed.

She eats fine, drinks fine, no "real" symptoms that I can point to, just... not right.

Not right scares me.

So she'll go in to work with me tomorrow for a good physical exam and bloodwork (probably sent out because it's cheaper and more thorough).

I'm worried about my girl. She is my best friend. If there's something seriously wrong with her, I don't know what I'll do.

Tons and tons of vibes for my favorite red girl and her very sweet mother.

I hope it's just a little bug or something making her feel blah.

Big vibes for Luce. I hate it when an "off day" turns into an "off week"... definitely cause for concern, but it could just as easily be nothing El. Don't fret too much.

Has it been super cold where you are, lately? Colder than usual? My dogs are kind of "hibernating" because it's chilly here (for what they're used to, at least)... though that may be different than what's going on with Luce.

Oh no, poor Luce!! We just know when our dogs arnt themselves. At least you know the deal and are taking her with for labs/exam tomorrow instead of waiting. Would/could x-rays be in the picture? What is her mm color like during these episodes?

Yeah, that's annoying. We have the ability to do in-house labwork too (which means answers in minutes), but it's cheaper for an employee to send it off to a reference lab (which takes dayssssssss). Of course if I wanted to cough up the extra for in-house I could, but unless it's an emergency, I don't. Just sucks to have to wait so long to get answers :p At least the reference lab generally has more tests in that cheaper profile :)

I hope Luce gets back to "right" and give up this "not right" business pretty quick!
