Okay I know it is important for a puppy to recive proper nutrition and the proper amount of protien and fats while growing up so they don't run into any health problems from growing too quick. For this reason I have my pup on Canidae food for all ages, but what kind of treats should I be feeding her to maintain her growth? At this point in her life treats are going to be a big part of her diet and I want only the best. Can someone recomend some treats for me. Right now I'm giving authority liver treats with a protein content of not less then 25% and a fat content of not less then 10%. I'd also like to add that I break the treats up into little peices about the size of peas. Thanks all for your time.
