I don't know what to do he will listen to me he will sit, down, stay, bow and everything, but I think I posted about this before with my dog neko, but I know lab are very nice and lover people but I can't take it when he sees another dog our people even in my house the people and animals in my house he will got all happy and run around the house and will not lie down I have to yell and yell at him and I don't like yelling at him. I get so mad I have to but him it another room because he will not calm down, and I take him for walks and runs every day with him and he still wont to play and he will not calm down even 3 hour out of the other room I don't know what do to.


I am getting him fix on the 19 of this mouth will that change anything

Getting him neutered should help.

You need to work on obedience; doing the basic sit and down training until it's automatic for him.

The next thing you need to work on is desensitizing him to the things that make him crazy. Once you've got him automatic on the sit and down, get some help from friends. Have ONE person come over and go through the same sit and down training with him while the other person is there, rewarding him quietly when he does what he's supposed to do; distracting him calmly and quietly when he gets distracted and starts his old behaviour. As he gets desensitized you can add another person, then maybe a person and a dog, etc.

I didn't follow from your post what the problem is. Is he just too hyper or something?
It sounds like Renee's advice is good.

PS: Yelling at him when he's running around probably adds to his hyper state of mind, making him more excited. You need to be calm and relaxed if you expect your dog to be. Calm and assertive.
