Whether you do conformation, rally, obedience, agility, etc. ... What are your goals/plans this year??

Kiba:
-To get her Level 2 title in CPE so we Qualify for Nationals (and get in).
-Start her in some different venues (AKC, NADAC, etc)
-Find an awesome trainer that can help us with some of the agility related problems we are having.
-And have reliable, awesome weaves!!!
-And though its possible, get her as close to her C-aTCH by the end of this year (or any other venue's top titles)... I know we can do it!

Stryder
-Find a trainer that can help me with his agility related issues
-Get his trained up and competing sometime this year
-And if he doesnt seem to enjoy it that much, try him in Flyball

Zoey:
- Get her to all the trials I can...
- Get at least one Q through out the agility season (I figure that's a pretty reasonable goal, seeing as she almost Q'd on her second trial)
- Fix her off side weave, and entry issues.
- Look into, and start training for her CGC (Or what ever it's called here in NB)

Bella:
- Get her weaving
- Compete at least by September
- Get her okay around other dogs so she CAN compete.
- Look into her CGC, and start training for it.

Lucy:

*Get her recall down!
*Get her to walk on a collar, not a harness
*Take her through a basic agility class, and if it goes well keep going :)
*Complete an intermediate obedience course

I'm excited :) We accomplished so much in the first 3 months we've had her, a whole year should reap lots of results.

I'm a terrible goal setter, because I have a hard time being specific enough. I'm not sure how many trials I'll be able to get to, because I don't know how the money situation will be. I'd like to think I could get her PD2 by the end of 2009...but that may not be an option if I can't trial much.

Our big training goal is to work on our distance skills. But as I said, I'm not good at being specific enough to really set that as a goal.

Middie and I have very modest goals, as I pretty much suck at training. I want to have a CGC by December and a decent recall by October. See? It gives me plenty of time to procrastinate. :D

First goal is to always have fun.

others include:

Improving Gambling skills, directionals and discriminations
Continue to improve his weaves and entries.
Take regular lessons during the winter.
Enter at least one trial per month.
Ensure that Petie and I are in the best possible top condition and health, espeically for Regionals and Nationals.
Go to Regionals.
High placements at Regionals.
Qualify again for Nationals.
We'll see what happens at Nationals..............
Earn our Expert Bronze Title for Masters Steeplechase = 25 Q's, we have 17 now, so that should be easy.

Have FUN.

My main goals are to raise my pup good and healthy, get his CGC, and get all of his basic obediance stuff down pat so he can be in agility training this time next year. :D

Might get him into a puppy agility foundation class at some point, too.

Mine for Duke are

-Get our CD in Ob we are only one q away from it
-Get our Rally novice title- also only one q away from it
- I'd like start tracking with him as well so i guess my goal would be to get him into a tracking clas
-My biggest goal is to get his CGC, something which we have been working towards and would be a huge accomplishment considering his anxiety/reactivity around some people/dogs

I have the same goal for Izzy and Frodo as I've had for the past 3 years, be able to walk them together in public. Methinks this is a lost cause though.

Its been awhile since I posted, but basically my goals are..

For Bear,

- To have a successful (fearless) teeter performance
- To trial more and get into Elite NADAC
- Start trialing in USDAA and DOCNA (when shes ready)

For Rush

- Start trialing
- Get over her fear of other dogs
- Work on her pulls (she has a pretty good push, but other then that..)

For me I just really want to work on improving my handling. I know it needs work!

Diane:)
