Wow thank you guys so much for all of the advice. I didn't even realize some of the symptoms you guys are mentioning were results of gluten and they are symptoms I actually have. I have quite a few stomach issues and what I believe is a lactose intolerance (gives me stomach aches and occasionally really bad gas in my chest/what seems like heart burn or something). I also read something online linking gluten and missed menstral cycles? Anyone? I am beginning to think more and more that I should be eating gluten free. Which depresses me a bit because I freaking love so many things with gluten. I found out yesterday that miso soup has gluten. And soy sauce. Every Saturday my sister and I go to this sushi place and the lady gives us free miso soup to go with our sushi (which we dip in soy sauce). How am I supposed to tell this sweet Asian woman "no thanks, we can't take any more of your free soup."?? It just sucks!! I am encouraged though by a lot of the products you guys have posted. I would love to try all of it!! I love a lot of things that are gluten free. I just...really want a Krispy Creme every now and then.
