we went to the vets today for Ginger's vaccination, a look at those pads, ear and chin.
If you guys missed the last post, Ginger had been scratching at one ear I knew what it was...an infection we already had the surolan but I didn't want to give it to her just in case it wasn't that. Then she was rubbing her chin and also scratching at her skin and there are bumps there...basically, in layman's terms, boils that our known to Boxers. and finally, her pads, she got some antibiotics for them 3 out of 4 are affected no not infected but affected. the vet isn't sure it could be du to something she's allergic to in the bush and since 3 out of 4 paws are affected he suggested the booties. poor pup. Other than that, she lost weight which is good we've been walking daily and she isn't getting table scraps except for at the end of our supper, she will get a little nibble the size of a loony so that she doesn't beg. I received complements about her coat they asked if she had just gotten a bath and no I've yet to bathe her. I'm so happy she's in excellent health
