That's so cool!!!! Yes I've been to Brazil MANY times. I used to go every other year to visit family but once highschool started I stopped because I couldn't afford to miss any school. I want to go after I graduate though. Most of my family is in Recife now, a few of them are still in the small village called Limoero (sp?) and one family lives in Natal. I've been down south too. My mum's maiden name is Melo

Not counting my parents, sibllings ,and uncles from my mothers side, all my family still live in Recife except one of my cousins who moved to Porto de Galinhas and the other to Fernando de Noronha. Have you been to those islands? I haven't been to anyother place except those in the northeast. It's real cool to meet someone who knows these places

OMG I LOVE the Porto de Galinhas beach!!!!!!!!! It's so pretty and surprisingly not overly crowded. Nothing like sitting back on a nce chair with a Guarana in one hand and eating fresh shrimp with the other, or sipping some nice coconut water!!!! Mmmmm making me home sick! LOL Never been to Fernando de Noronha....hmmm One beach I really don't like in Recife in Boa Viagem. WAY too crowded for me. Although it's a really nice place late at night. Speaking of night, were you ever one to go out and dance some Forro? That's my all time fav dance!!!! My cusins take me out to the clubs just so I can dance

My parents went to the forro sometimes but I was too young. You should really go to Fernandode Noronha sometime. It's an Wildlife Preserve and it's not crowded at all.It looks like you're the only ones on the beach and often you'll find dolphins and LOTS of fish wile swimming. Now I'm homesick too!

Ohhhh I think my parents are going there this fall to celebrate their 25th anniversary! I'm so jealous! I wish I could go with them (not to be with them but just to go to Brazil).
