So the dogs will be in my wedding Ceremony in August so I have a while to get them prepared. Training wise.

Just to give to a summary- Panzer will be walking down with the ring barer who is 6, and Teagan will be walking down with the two flower girls who are 8 and 5.

I am honestly not worried about Teagan she is really easy, although I am sure she will be looking at everyone with suspicion and judgment. I'm thinking my parents or a MOH will take her after the Ring Barer walks down. Or we will get them to sit and stay by Tyler and I.

Now Panzer is another story, he is very hell behaved, but he can get super excited and happy when there are people involved, although it could go the other way too and he could be super serious and act like he is on guard. My main concern is that he might bolt towards Tyler once he sees him at the end of the line or when he sees all the people. Or he will be greeting all the people when the ring barer is walking him down he Isle. I am not too sure how he might react, especially with a 6 year old leading him. He does act correctly when we are in a crowded place and it is Tyler and I walking him. He is a pretty high energy dog, so Tyler is planning on running the holy hell out of him before the wedding.

I need some advice on how to better prepare Panzer mainly. Things I should focus on.

Thanks friends. :)

I think getting him good and tired is a great idea, as well as getting him used to walking nicely in crowded places (maybe take him to town? busy sidewalk?)
Is it possible to have the child/a child practice with him? or just practice walking him towards Tyler nicely?

I had hotdog pieces in the pocket of my dress for my friends wedding (I walked with the dog), and the pictures turned out SO CUTE because the dog is walking with me but kind of looking up at me (but sniffing the hotdogs really lol)

Thanks Fran. Pan is actually really good in all aspects that you wrote out. And thankfully the Ring bearer and Panzer get along just famously. I think I will just have to train the boy child to give Panzer treats and keep some in his pocket. Tyler and I are going home at christmas so I should hopefully get some practice in with boy child then :)
