Can You Believe It?!

I was walking with Buddie and had pookie (new pup) in my coat to keep her warm and was just walking down the sidewalk near finishing the walk and two dogs barked I looked they were on a rocky hill with a few trees there, one was a one colored mixie then other was mostly black huge german shepard the trailer they belonged to was to the left of where they were and both dogs came charging towards us. One stopped (tied to rope or w/e) sure as heck didn't look like it at the time both was charging. The huge German shepard comes charging full speed at us, snarling and growling towards Buddie ready to rip him to spreads and kill him what it such looked like, we were on the side walk minding our own business, Buddie being on lead of course, with no time to react basicly I had to jump in and block the angery beast and kneeing/kicking what I can to keep this animal from harming my baby who by now is getting all protective and defensive growling and barking and such. The dog wanted my dog and was doing all it can to run around me to get to him not interested in me or the pup in my coat. Then out of the corner of my eye these two men jump in, one the owner other man a friend helping him move into that house, the puppy yapping and growling at the men and dog, from a man putting hands on buddie to calm him down, well the owner gets better grab of hes crazy animal and drags it into the house by the back of the neck, I check Buddie he isnt wounded or bleeding thank god, the men petted buddie and saying what a tough guy he is taking on a german shepard and things like that, they said sorry I think. I dont know what I would have done if the guys didnt come in after abit, I mean I cant fight forever, it's hard with a pup in your coat as well, so it was all crazy, fast happening, just everything, no time to react, its in the moment react or else to protect Buddie. Since he was the only target, I dont know what would happen if both were free, I can only defene one off, the other dog can be behind me where buddie is at. Although buddie would fight to defend himself, which is good he stands up for himself but still.

Poor innocent Buddie.
