With the elections coming up, there's a been a huge drop in gas prices around the country, some more drastic than others. What's a gallon of gas going for in your area?
It's $2.06/gal here, with Missouri charging $1.99/gal.
San Francisco - $2.65, and we're all cheering that it's that low. This week, I've seen it as high as $2.98 for regular in some stations, but on average, it's about $2.65 - $2.70 a gallon for regular. I'm just happy it FINALLY dropped below $3.00/gal.
Question: Who's getting elected? This isn't the presidential is it? didn't we just have those two years ago? Or has time gone by faster than I thought?
The sad part is, that pretty much the day after elections, there'll be a 'pipeline explosion' and prices will skyrocket again.
I think I remember seeing 2.04 on my way home from work. Wouldn't it be nice if it could get back down to 1.25 or better?? I'm sure it will never happen, but it's a nice thought
