Future dog breed?

Hmm... good question... I can see myself owning:

a miscellaneous mix (hey what a great name for a designer breed! )
a dachshund
another pit mix
a greyhound or whippet
a lhasa apso (again)
a cavalier king charles spaniel
and possibly another type of terrier

Australian Cattle Dogs for sure, but I like other herding dogs as well, and I've always wanted a Boxer or a Rottie. The Duck Tollers are pretty dogs too but I perfer more short haired breeds.

I'll always have Shibas- as for a second breed, I'm weighing my options, with these breeds being those I'm most interested in:

Australian Shepherd
Akita
Doberman
Whippet

Well we have already decided on a second breed lol a german Shorthaired Pointer.

Once we get settled in a few years I want a Great Dane

There are sooo many I want!

I figure I'll be doing whatever rescues make their way to me but I will for sure have a dobe at all times If I have kids I am going to get a lab just cuz I had one when I was little and I have it stuck in my head they will need one.

After an experience with another dog after Rocky, I plan on owning a Fila or Great Pyrenees.

But the top contenders for my next dog: Akita, English mastiff, Rottweiler, or another GSD.

I will always have a Boxer, that's for sure. And I sometimes think I want EVERY breed so I have a tough time deciding.

But, I'm really interested in:

I like "big" dogs with lots of hair, lol.

I never know what my future will bring, but some breeds I could see myself owning far into the future are:

cocker spaniels
english springer spaniel
english setter/setter mix
gordon setters
westie/westie mix
rat terrier/terrier mix
tibetan spaniel
cavalier king charles spaniel

I will always have at least one cocker spaniel in my life. They are such an amazing breed. In fact, I hope my next dog will be a cocker. Though, if I fall for a shelter mutt, that'll be fine for me too.

I hope to do alot of rescuing of dogs from shelters. I'm an agility fanatic that loves doing agility with her rescues.

Without a doubt rotties are going to be in my future. My next dog is going to be a rottie. I plan on paying over 1,000 for one from a responsibe breeder.

Chihuahuas are also going to be in my future. I love having a dog small enough that I can carry, take places, and sleep in my bed.

Viszla.....There is one in my puppy class and he is awesome. And Stoli loves him....well....she loves all the puppys but this guy is big enough to play tug-of-war with her. I would like to rescue my next dog though...

Newf, hands down. I don't know if that'll be my *next* dog, as I don't have a dog yet, and may not be able to handle a Newf when I feel I'm ready to have a dog, but I WILL have a Newf one day.

If I decide to get a dog before then, it's going to be a shelter mutt

I know, I saw one at the veet's office one time and he was beautiful. I said to myself I definately have to have a black great dane in my lifetime.
