fruits?

    what kinds of fruits can dogs eat for like snacks?

    Pretty much anything but grapes and raisins. Just make sure to remove pits (e.g. from apricots, cherries etc.) and remove the cores of apples.

    so that means i can feed my dog strawberries for a snack?

    My girl loves strawberries, get's them at least once a week.

    Yes, you can. :)

    My Quigley loves all kind of fruit, banana being his favorite, but he hates strawberries. Weird. :D

    Sure they are. The only kind of fruit that really has toxic potential in itself is grapes. For others it's mainly just the pits/stones that are an issue.

    my dog seems to like to try to eat the grass in the backyard... that is odd... he also seems to really like eatting pears... HE TOOK MY PEAR!!! OMG!!!!! NOOOOO...

    My guys eat grass everyday. Hades has only puked once, and about a pound of wet, chewed up grass was the product.

    I've heard mixed ideas on dogs eating grass, the one I lean towards believing, is they eat it to help with digestion and keep everything moving. *shrugs* LOL

    lol. last summer we were up at my parents' and my dad was walking down the walk holding a pear that he was eating. mushroom ran up behind him, jumped up, and grabbed the pear. i was mortified. my dad was momentarily extremely perplexed about what had just happened.

    my dogs also are big fans of blueberries.

    My adult female sheltie loves blueberries!! She will eat a blueberry over a piece of meat! :p
