Fruit salad or yummy jello salad recipe

That last one sounds yummy! And so does the one Renee posted.
Mine isn't really "seasonal" ie cranberries, or fancy, but I always make jello with ice cream. Sounds strange, but use a cup of vanilla ice cream instead of cold water. (make two of the small packages of whatever flavor jello the normal way with...I think 2 cups of hot water) I use mixed fruit flavor. And instead of 2 cups of cold water, mix in the vanilla ice cream till it melts.
As it cools in the fridge, you will get this creamy pink layer on top, and the bottom half will be plain jello. It's actually very good.

When I was pregnant with Gabe I was working at HyVee in the Salad Bar, so we would get the salad bar up (imagine that
) and also do all the packaging of fruit, mixed fruit, strawberries and dip, specials like chocolate covered strawberries, etc. One of the gals there made this really good salad that had tapioca pudding, pineapple, whipped cream...and I want to say something else, like little marshmallows maybe? It was awesome!
