So, I bought some frozen beef marrow bones from the supermarket.

Basically they are frozen discs of bones. There is no knuckle or anything. Just the main shaft of the bone, cut up.

Are these OK to feed? Can I feed them as is or is there anything else I need to do?

actually those are the cuts of the hardest part of the bone in the entire body of a cow, and personally i wouldn't feed them. this type of bone is most likely to cause damage to the teeth and can cause breakage.

you'd be better off giving the knuckles only, or if you want to feed whole femur bones, give veal instead of beef bones, they are softer.

beef and pork neck or rib bones would be much better.
