Pretty hot here, so I think some frozen treats are in order.

Any good frozen recipes I can pinch?:D

I found this one, just want to double check the ingredients are fine to use:

Veggie pulp recipe – Doggy Icy-Pole.
• 1/2 pumpkin
• Small bunch of broccoli
• Small bunch of cauliflower
• 4 sticks of celery
• Spinach
• 3 Apples
• 3 Carrots
Blend all RAW vegetables together using a blender or a juicer (if using a juicer, make sure you add the juice back to the puree). With small plastic bags, make two tablespoon packages and store in a container in the freezer. Remove when needed. Veggie parcels should only take 5-10 minutes to defrost and can be used as a nice ‘icy-pole’ during summer months. Remember to stay away from any of the foods listed in the check box below, such as onions. Variety is the key, and remember not to use too much of the one thing. This is also great to add to a commercial diet to add that extra bit of goodness.

I often freeze chicken broth in ice cube trays and give them to my dogs outside on hot days.

Also, vanilla ice cream.

You can also freeze cottage cheese or yougart in ice cube trays for a yummy frozen treat.

Homemade Frosty Paws (healthier than the "real stuff" at the grocery store)

1 quart vanilla yogurt
1 medium banana
2 T peanut butter
2 T honey

Puree the banana in a food processor (or blender). Add the peanut butter and honey and continue processing until smooth. Add yogurt and process just long enough to blend all ingredients together. Place 18 small paper cups (bathroom size) in a baking pan (one 9x13 or two 8x8 work well). Fill paper cups to about 2/3's full. An ice cream scoop or a measuring cup makes the job easier. Freeze until solid. I transfer the frozen treats to zip-lock bags for storing in the freezer.

(Someone also suggested using canned pumpkin instead of PB and banana for stomache issues)
