Got this little guy this year and he has grown HUGE about 7 inches I think,
He killed everything smaller in the tank.
Want to find him a good home.
Went to 5 pet stores to find him a BIGGER friend and cant dod it.
Plus if I get him same friend they will out grow the 55 gallon tank.

Here is video of him vs FF Kim Possible here for a visit a few months ago.
Will try to get pics.

Nice cichlid you have there!

Red Zebra I take it? I can't quite tell from the video.

I have red zebras, cobues, labs, and even a Eureka in my tank.

Kona doesn't mess with my tank, but it could be that she can't reach it :p

He looks like a nicely grown male red zebra to me, which would explain why he killed off all the others. They are downright mean, it took me literally years of separating Mack (my male red zebra) to get him to calm down. Every time he hurt or killed a fish, into the small temp tank he'd go.

Alone, those guys do just fine in smaller tanks, but when kept in groups they need at least 55 gallons. They are very territorial and mean when it's breeding time, and are even known to kill off their own females for not giving it up. I was never able to keep more than one male Red Zebra... once Mack caught on they were male, they were dead.

Yeah, I've kept many many cichlids, and the red zebras are the meanest I've had thus far.

Mack is the oldest, and also the biggest fish in my tank. I've not had one fish that could take him down... and only one that stand up to him (the common pleco).
