my dogs have the worst luck lately. I am so depressed.
I gave him a Primal pork shank yesterday morning, took it away after like 10 minutes, and he was fine ALL DAY. This morning he woke me up at like 8, which is very unusual for him, I took him out and he had a normal poop. Then he squatted forever and nothing came out. I brought him in and gave him pumpkin and canned food... then he started squatting inside! He has never had an accident inside (besides the bathtub incident).
It's like it's involuntary.
I put him in my bathroom, then he vomited up the pumpkin mixture. Then drank a bunch of water and vomited, and he still squatting semi-constantly. He's refusing food. Again, unheard of.
I'm taking him to the Vet as soon as they call me back. Good vibes please. I hope to GOD that he doesn't need surgery. Omg. He is soooo miserable. He's never been sick before, after thousands of raw bones. This makes me never want to give him a raw bone again.
