Four Abused APBTs. (Slightly graphic)

Here are four APBTs I got to work with.

ALL four were subject to home ear cropping....

First we have Jordan, he was the worse off. He had been shot with a paint ball gun numerous times, and had open sores/wounds.

Next we have Phoenix. He had the worst ears of them all, the poor pup!

Now Reagan. Such a sweet fella' too....he kinda had the look of being it, heh heh!

And lastly, Bond - James Bond.

Oh I know! They had such GREAT attitudes even though they had such an abusive owner before. It was really wonderful.

Poor pups.....people can be so stupid....I like good crop jobs...but go to a professional vet who knows what they are doing for goodness sake

they all look very happy now....I would actually say James Bond is a American Bully...not a APBT....He is still a good lookn fella

Oh they are all beautiful and like Jess said they look quite happy for what they've been through.

I kinda sorta want Phoenix, he looks like the pit version of Cara.

hmmm.....maybe but when I think AmStaff this is what comes to mind

but JB does have quite a bit of leg on him....so I'm thinking a APBT x Classic Am bully or ASTxAPBT mix most likely ...which if someone wanted to nitpick would be considered a Classic Style AmBully foundation

plus JB coat color is more AmBully....I don't think a lot of AST breeders go for the dilutes ...of course we could be talking BYB all the way

Who guys may be right with the breed ... I know Pit Bull is pretty generalized, so if it has the look, that's what the shelter will label them as.

Jordan actually got to go to Best Friends, and all four have been adopted as these were a little older, but I thought it was worth the share; for the home cropping.

I agree with possibly Amstaff or American Bully on James Bond. He is a good looking boy.

James Bond is a dilute chocolate, a color that would be nearly non-existent in the AKC dogs. I say nearly because I actually have seen a chocolate pop up in an AmStaf litter, and the dilution gene is present. But, in many years in Stafs, I've seen one. They are very, very uncommon.

All three of them are probably just scatterbred Pitterstafs.
