Jesse was my best friend. He was 13 years old and going to be 14 on Febuary 14. He was a bichon frise dog and he was the smartest ever. He loved me so much and you could tell. Not to long ago Jesse started to have symtoms of Seperation Anxiety with me. He would cry and bark for hours after I left him. He would only cry when I left him, not for my mother nor my sister. We gave him medicine the Vet. prescribed for anxiety, but nothing seemed to help. We kept in contact with the vet. and they began to say that he may have dementia.

It broke my heart. There wasn't much we could do to help him. He lived such a wonderful and perfect life. He loved pasta, so we fed him lots of pasta the night before and we even came him pasta that morning. Jesse loved laying with me and I wish so much he was here still to lay with me. The house feels so empty without him here. I still walk around the house thinking that he will be there, but I know he won't be.

We often saw Jesse in our living room being very playful... as if he was playing with an imaginary friend. We were told by someone special that he is playing with my grandmother, who had passed away years ago. I have no doubt that Jesse is with my grandmother in Heaven and they are continuing to be together.

I love you Jesse and I will never forget you. You were there for me always, whenever I needed someone. You were more than a dog to us..you were our life and you were my best friend.

Jesse knew just how much you loved him. I know he is watching over you and will always be in your heart.

I am so sorry for your loss.

They give us so much love and ask for so little in return.

I will light a candle for Jesse, and for you with wishes of peace, and joy in your happy memories.

Aww I am so sorry! Bichon Frise are a great breed and Jesse sounded wonderful! It is so hard to lose our 'kids' and I'm sure that Jesse will remain in your heart forever. I am positive that Jesse is happy and running free now. Take care!
