This is the park we go to. We had a lot of rain here lately and our little creek at the park (Drakes Creek) basically overflowed with a vengence. Our walking trail was damaged....fences were mangled....ball fields were flooded.
Another park of the park that is up near the main road that goes through town the water covered the whole park and was up to the main road....(they had to open the dam or else our big city would have flooded though I hate that they feel that we have to be flooded....our waters had already risen pretty high. And memorial park across the street was completely flooded too (we are a lake community)
Anyways here is the after math....it smelled like dead fish I'll tell you....the dogs didn't mind though.
Anyways major clean up is going on but its a big job. Just wanted to share

This is pretty high up the creek normally sits about 4 to 5 feet below, it washed away parts of the asphalt.
