I loved the shows on what's now "Classic Nick"...they were awesome. I adored David the Gnome.

I also loved Rainbow Bright, Gummi Bears and Smurfs. Ohh, Pete and Pete used to crack me up...that tattoo!

Does ANYONE remember a show called "Today's Special" and had a mannekin that came to life?

I actually never watched tv. I was locked out doors until dark. (thats how they do it in the south, lol) We didnt even have cable out in the country but my grandparents lived in little rock and they had cable (we lived in rural louisiana) and we came to visit every couple months so that was the only time I got to watch tv but we would stay a couple weeks so that is all I really did when I was there b/c they didnt have any woods/gullies to play in or mules to ride or dogs to play with and there were no other kids around. I wasnt used to suburbia.

I was outside most of the time as well, so they didn't have to deal with us :p lol

I didn't get the chance to watch much TV, but that's ok, I prefer it outside anyways! I think it's better for kids to be outside playing than watching Tv! Much better!

I agree. We moved to suburbia when I was 11 and my sis was 3. We also had cable. She was a total couch potato. You couldnt speak to the child. She was always GULED to the tv. I thought it was sad. She is better now, though. She's into a couple sports and horseback riding.
