extremely sick cat!!!!

everyone i have asked advice regarding my cat before and i am now having a serious issue...she got out of the house again after me vowing to not let her out and tonight bill yells at me and she is hunckered inthe corner looking like someone was going to kill her... her eyes are goopy and her nose is clear runny mucus i am thinking that is it is upper respitory infection and nothing more... but.... can my dogs get it and can anyone give me some recipes that will peak her interest and taste better to her or what can i do other than meds...and no more outside... LOL

she is eating her normal food like crazy so im not sure i should change her food at all... so anyone have ideas... plz let me know... im off to bed and she is going to the vet early inthe morning so if someone has any ideas please leave them ill get them early in the morning thanks all.. hugs

When our cats have had a respiratory infection, the vet said it wasn't contagious. I would suggest getting some medicine for her. It seems when cats get sick, they just get worse with help. Until you can get to a vet, get her to eat whatever she likes.

thank goodness she is eating like a pig and drinking water... i started clavamox for both cats today tomake sure jupiter doesnt get sick either because he was acting wierd today and i know that he needed some meds to help him out alot... hugs thanks barb...

I'm so glad the medicine is helping. I feel so bad for them when they feel ill.
