Ever had a run-in at the dog park? We have stopped going.

Of course if the dogs had their way we would go every day.

But after running in to far too many aggressive dogs with not-so-bright owners, we decided a big fence was a good investment.



We used to enjoy it before it grew too much and the crowd turned bad.

I'm sure we're not the only ones.

Dog parks are pretty hit or miss around here. I won't go in if there are more than 2 dogs in there or if those dogs are roudy in any way. As a general rule, forests are where I go for an off leash romp. No one to run into, and no one to get mad at me for having my dog off leash.

Sounds like a brilliant policy! Unfortunately there are never less than 10 or 15 at the park when we go, which leaves a lot of room for trouble
