My new year's didn't go quite as planned.

a. on sunday i was stopped at a stop light when i got rear ended by a 15 year old girl in a mini van - who was driving on her learner's permit. i promptly bursted into tears and was next to useless for the next 15 minutes. i seem to ALWAYS have this reaction to car accidents. the girl did not get a ticket... which i personally find shocking.

b. i broke up with my boyfriend on new year's day. it pretty much became finalized after people kept asking me what was going on with us, and when i burst into tears when at midnight i realized i really didn't have anyone to call my own.

we're still talking. we're still friends... but i've been in a world of hurt - both physical and emotional - since sunday.

what a way to end the old and begin the new year, huh? *sighs*

Rough . . . but you know we're here when you need to blow off steam :)

Now, Mojo - change focus for a minute or two - you're starting a new year fresh with nothing pulling you back. Just look up and see what's around the corner . . .

Think of it as a new start, Megan.

Yes, a horrible way to begin the new year- saddness, you feel alone.

But, this new start has empowered you- you're in charge.

It's not the end, it's not over. For you- it's just about to begin. :)

Best of luck. ((HUGS))
