English Springer Spaniels

My English Springer Spaniel is named Bristol. She gets really really really hyper but then she will sleep like a little baby. She is full of energy. Is anybody elses Springers like this? I think its so funny.

My Minnie is not pure springer...but she is pure spring LOL. Sometimes when I let her off the lead I make her wait a moment before I let her run. The second I tell her she can go, she almost does like bunny hops in the air! I would never try to purposely get her to jump and stuff yet because she is only 10 months old but sometimes she just jumps for the fun of it and wow does she spring! I had no idea that I was getting a high energy dog when I bought her. I take her out for about two hours every day and then the odd short walk to the corner shop as well but sometimes I think she needs more than that. She is a lot of fun though. I am going to start taking her to agility soon.... as we speak now she is lay on her back at my feet fast asleep. Shhhhhhh don't wake her I need a break LOL

Yup !!! They are happy and full of springs .
