I need help writing out a contract. Basically I am being employed by 2 partners opening a business doing pet sitting, their problem is they do not have all the knowledge needed, so they needed to employ someone who has the knowledge that I do. So basically I need to write out a contract for my own protection basically saying that they aren't allowed to terminate my employment once they know everything I know. It is impossible for them not to observe me and learn things along the way, so I have a great need to make sure my position in this business is secure. Any advice on what I could write in a contract?

For something like this, I would go ahead and utilize an actual contract lawyer. I've got a great one who can probably draw something up and send it to you and her rates are reasonable.

Does she have a website? I cannot really afford a lawyer right now and was hoping to bump along on a prelim contract until I could afford to draught a proper one.

I'm not sure, I just always see her around. I sent her a message though.

You're basically needing something drawn up to protect intellectual property.
