Hello,
Elektra, my 7 month old Lab mix just came back from a stay at a kennel while we were away. She did very well there and seems fine, except for the fact that her upper and lower palate seems to have changed color. Before they were pink, now they are dark (almost brown). Her tongue and gums are the same, except for some sensitivity from having her teeth brushed again. She also has a little sore on the side of her lip, but I think this is from her scratching on something.
Any suggestions about this? We brought her own food to the kennel, so we can rule out change in diet.
