its cute, i like the way (intentional or not) the coluor fades on the ears and legs, it looks kinda natural...if purple/blue was a natural colour for dogs...

Would i ever dye my own dog? well i dont own a white dog right now, i did dye my old dane all sorts of colours with Koolaid but i was i started doing it and it was fun to go to the childrens hospital with him all in fun colours...never botherd him and the kids loved it...once he stoped "workin" i stoped dying him cause he didnt get out much (a 10 yr old dane doesnt want to see the world just enjoy the couch!) if i got another harl and we do therapy for kids programs again mabe I will...
In kings eyes he didnt care what colour he was so long as he got those children smiling!

In my opinion, if it doesnt hurt the dog and the dog doesnt seem to mind (ie the dog enjoys the attention its gonna be getting) then why not?!

dyeing your poodles

Hi,
Your question caught my eye.
We have dyed white poodles in varying colors using Kool Aid.
Mix it with no sugar added and let your dog sit for a few minutes
for the color take and then rinse.
Doesn't harm the skin either and the dog will special like the
Kool Aid flavor.
Good luck
Janis:)

:( My mother used to dye her chocolate poodle brown because she would fade. Ended up with skin cancer at the ripe old age of 6.

Hi,
I am a prof. groomer and have clients I dye their dogs for. I use "Manic Panic". The color does not tend to last too long, but have not found anything else at this point. I had attended a creative grooming seminar taught by a groomer in Manhattan that would dye and fancy up dogs for models to use on the run ways. I had called the company before I used and they told me it was pet safe. Just be careful of the eyes of course. I however prefer not to dye the facial area.
Post some pics!
