I know you should not give a bath 2 days AFTER applying Advantix or Frontline, but it is also true that you should wait 2 days after a bath to apply it? I know this is dumb, but I forget and couldn't find anything on the packaging!

The applying before is common sense .....I see no reason for waiting after a bath though .

Yes, you should wait 2 days before, and 2 days after. Why? Because it is topical and uses the oils to travel over the dogs body. After a bath the oils are somewhat diminished and to get best results I always wait at least two days after a bath.

Julie's right. The stuff works best with the dog's natural body oils. Bathing before will wash most oils away and runs the risk of the frontline not taking full and proper effect. And you are supposed to wait after because washing will also take the oils away, with after can wash away some of the frontline.
