Doggie door?

Hi guys -

I'm wondering if there's such thing as a doggie door that you can, say wedge into an open sliding glass door or something? Or some sort of one that doesn't involve destruction of the house. I would need a fairly large doggie door for my German Shepherd, but we may be moving in a matter of months and so I don't want to gouge the wall and whatnot.

Is there any solution like one I describe? Thanks.

hmmm, I've never heard of one, but I would imagine it is fairly easy to build...Do you mean something you can "stick" into your sliding glass door as a temporary doggy door?

Yeah, they make dog doors for sliding doors and screen doors. Here's one (you have to scroll down a bit, but there is one for sliding patio doors):

They sell doggy door panels for sliding glass doors at Petsmart.

Yup, they do and we have one.

Everyone loves it... me, hubby, Buddy, Apache... it was well worth the money spent!!!

You may find it cheaper online somewhere, Petsmart prices can be steep sometimes!

I have seen those types of doggie doors at Home Depot too. I cant imagine life without a doggie door.
