we have two big dog a GSD that is 75 and a lab/chow which is 106 both of them r friendly the most they do when u enter the yard is go around you. We have a fance yard and I have people telling me that i need a sign saying BEWARE OF DOG on both of the opening. than i have people saying i don't need any signs. what do you know about it.. just wondering

You might want to put a sign notifying that you do have dogs on your property, but I would be hesitant putting a "beware" one up. If someone does end up getting hurt by one of your dogs (whether deserved or not) they can use it as ammo against you insinuating that you knew you had dangerous dogs. jmo.
Yeah you can always get one of those "A spoiled rotten mutt live here" signs so people know you have dogs but so that no one can assume you knew your dogs were dangerous.

Hint of advice, do NOT get one saying "beware of dog".
There was a huge lawsuit about this once, short was a lady ended up getting bit by somebody's dog (she was kicking it) in the owners yard, and because of the sign, the owner must have known the dog was dangerous so the owner was held liable. I'd get a sign saying either "dog on duty" or "dog lives here" or "dog in yard".. something like that, if you do want to get a sign. There is no law (atleast here) that you HAVE to have a sign, as it is your property, people shouldn't be on it anyways.
