it's cute, but they didn't say anything that was proof the dog was "saving" the kittens' lives... he was found in the room with the kittens, but he could have been too scared to try to find a way out, there could have been no way to get out... maybe he fell asleep beside the kittens and just never woke up because of all that smoke.

oh well, i guess there's so much negative stuff in the news nowadays ya gotta grasp at whatever you can.
