But that' be a good guess, because the height will be good for it to be that, and cavys aren't common, but they aren't totally rare around here either.
Some spaniels you might consider- papillon, Cavalier, English toy, Cocker spaniel, Springer... A lot of people forget about the toy spaniels. How big is she? She looks rather small.
