Does anyone own Golden Retrievers

Hi everyone:

New to the forum! Just wondering if there are any golden retriever owners out there. I have 2 awesome ones a one and half year old male Rusty and a 9 month old male Rex. I always owned black Labs which I have one of those also. First time owning goldens. But I simply adore them that's why I ended up getting Rusty's brother Rex!

We are supposed to be getting a Golden puppy to add to our 3 troopers (1 Sheltie male, 1 Sheltie female and 1 Belgian Tervuren male) in October sometime.

How neat! I have never heard of Tervuren. The golden will fit in just fine I am sure.

My 1st Golden was from CT in 1949 ! New Milford . The breeder was Reinhard Bischoff. Point's father was Loreli's Golden Rip ....Ist Golden in the Hall of Fame . Until last July , I'd always had Goldens.

Wow that is so awesome. So you certainly understand how awesome they are. They are so loyal, friendly dogs. I would have many m ore of them if I could!

Mine are brothers from the same breeder one year apart and it seems as though they really know they are brothers!

The one on the right looks like my Bear and EliN's Eli .......When I lost my last Golden in July , I couldn't stand it !!! Last of my line and first time in 60 years without a Golden ( or four! ) ...... through petfinder.com I got Ollie in 2 days ! He was listed as Golden/ poodle .... but he has to be Golden/Chesapeake ......looks Golden with curly hair . Has all the Golden tributes which I love ! Hope you can find his picture here !! EliN posted it in here somewhere !!!
