I voted yes.
I am very, very happy with the person I am today. It's taken me a lot of hard work to get where I am, and I like who I am.
I'm pretty selfish in a sense that I make myself happy, because I spent so long being unhappy... but I'm probably the most loyal friend you can get. Maybe not perfect all the time, but I do try. And most of my mates like me because I don't BS. But I am usually the one they come to to talk to, because I am compassionate with it. I can be a sarcastic bugger a lot of the time
Only my close friends get to see my real soppy side, which is MASSIVE
I usually tell myself every day how much I like myself.

I think too many people are afraid to admit to themselves they think they are amazing, pride is something we're taught it bad - pride before a fall etc.

I do okay as long as I keep the psychic (or is it psychotic?) vampires at bay.
You know the ones. The ones who need to smash others down in order to "win". The ones who aren't happy unless someone else is miserable. The ones who really need dip their egos in bleach...
That includes unstable family members, overbearing bosses, and psuedo boyfriends who grow like weeds in an otherwise healthy garden.
Just remember to run whenever you hear that giant sucking sound or the subtle beep-beep-beep of the garbage truck backing into the driveway of your serenity.
