Do you know what dog breed is the samartest?

I wated to know if you guys can guess what breed of dog has been tested and found time and time again to be the smatest breed of dog?

Acording to OLN's Top dog, the most trainable dog was the GSD or Belgian Malenois. There were #'s 1 and 2. Cant remember the order.

It's measuring obedience, not intelligence. Two different things. Some of the smartest breeds are notoriously bad obedience dogs.

Not that I think the dogs listed are "dumb" breeds
