Wow. I guess it's called read the fine print. VPI has caps on all illnesses and injuries. We've been paying $35 a month with a $250 deductible for years. Zoe had a UTI that cost us $1100, and their maximum was $440. She was bit by another dog, had surgery, etc. Our ER bill was over $1200- their max payment was $325!! Everything is more expensive in California, so these caps are ridiculous. We cancelled our policy this morning.
