for the past week i've been sick. first i just had a sore throat and then a cough and now an ear infection *yeah long week x.x*

but since i got sick yoshi's been following me around a lot more, if i need her when she's outside she'll drop whatever she's doing immediately and run to me, when i sleep she makes sure she's where she can see me, when i leave usually she just jumps in bed and sleeps but lately she's been trying to follow me and scratches at the door and whines. usuallyshe'll wander around when i'm home and come when i call her but now she is right next to me 24/7

i've heard of dogs knowing when someone has something like cancer and stuff like that but do you think they know when it's something else like the flue and an ear infection too?

Yeah I heard about those cancer and heart attack stories too.

I remember during the 2nd day I adopted the dogs and Jessica still doesn't trust me. I folded my legs so I could accomodate both of them sleeping on my lap (Jessica was there only because Emily was). After about two hours of this my legs got all numb. I got up finally, but in order to show that it wasn't because I didn't want them around, I did a little playacting and lied down on the floor and groaned about how my feet hurt.

Both dogs came to look at me and Jessica surprised me by licking me a bit before leaving, but it was a surprise from a dog which did not seem to trust me yet.
