Do dogs get sore throats?

Okay, this morning she's still sounding funny when she barks, but I haven't seen her hack, cough or gag at all. I was playing with her and pushing her back with a little pressure on her trachea and she wasn't hacking at all or anything. Then brought her inside and was playing with her getting her to do spins, back ups, downs, rolls, jumping from couch to chair, etc., a lot of move around run play be happy stuff and no coughing/hacking/gagging after any of that. She has eaten all her meals with no issue and eats anything and everything I offer her and is drinking like normal.
That said, I think a vet trip will likely take place in the very near future, just to be safe.
