I'm not sure if I have a picture of it or not but Bamm kind of lays like Fidget is laying in the first picture sometimes. The only difference is he will completely tuck his front legs under him so he doesn't look like he has front legs.

I have a frog dog. Smudge lays fully splayed out. Cider stretches like that, but not for long.

Lucy frogs all the time, which is so strange to me because she has horrid hips--I'd expect it to be uncomfortable for her, but apparently not!

Juno only does it when she's frustrated and wants to play lol she'll totally streeeeetch out and then moan and groan.

Silly dogs :p

I've actually heard the opposite - dogs with bad hips have more of a tendency to lay like that. Don't have any idea if it's true or not. Gavroche does it on occasion, but I've never seen Logan do it.

It's funny but I have never lived with a frog dog. Great pics, love the stick.

Tipper frogs. She usually only does one leg like this:

But I've seen her do it with both.

Sadie was the ultimate frogger. She'd walk across the living room and just kind of....stop moving her back legs and keep walking forward till she was on the ground and as stretched out as she could possibly be. I know we have pictures of it but I don't think I have any online.

Smudge does that crawls forward dragging his hind end..

I've never heard it called frogging, I called it the puppy carpet.

Sam used to do it all the time though he mostly stopped when he got neutered, hehe. He will do it on occasion now.

Here's a picture from awhile ago, the 'not really stretched out frog':

Tiffany does that too! She'll fold all her legs under her body so she just looks like a furball with a head. :D
