Disturbing pitbull attack on child!

This happened in my neighborhood the other day Very disturbing story of a neglectful owner "Click on the watch this video icon" for a more detailed story up at the top of the page! The owner brushes off the attack like nothing happened

How can he stand there and watch the boy beeing attacked then go and get the dog and walk away? That's just not right.
