Dislocated my kneecap

This morning Binn ran full into the side of my right leg and dislocated my kneecap. I popped my kneecap back in place and Im fine now. It sure did hurt though. I was on the floor curled up into a ball trying not to cry. Binn was hovering over me, I think he knew he hurt me. I just wondered if any of you have dislocated a joint or broken a bone before?

Oh yea Im fine. My knee's a little swollen but other than Im ok. I've always had a weak right knee that goes in and out of place every so often but I know how to put back. It hurts for a while and the swelling will go down.

I dislocated my kneecap and tore some ligaments at work

now I have cartilage damage in it and it may never be the same.

as a matter of fact i dislocated my kneecap and i know how muhc it hurtsa but in 1 week it will be better but if u hit it again for the rest of ur life it hurt again

I did my ring finger once .... was at 45 degree angle .... and had to have my ring cut off because of the swelling...I've got enlarged knuckle , but doesn't bother me much. Just missed my wedding ring !!

I have luxating kneecaps (BOTH knees.. grr) and yes it hurts like crazy!

I've never broke/dislocated anything.
