I just got a copy of the Dinner Pawsible' cookbook. It claims the recipes all come close to meeting nutritional guidelines. Most have poultry or eggs so I asked one of the authors about substitutions. If everything is so fluid, I have to wonder what each ingredient is contributing and how important it is to even have a recipe at all. Does anyone else have this book? Any thoughts on home cooking?
