diggin' in the dirt.. with pics! Help!

Anyone have a digger? And a garden? How do I stop this???????? It’s so cute, too! But my garden is dying off, and I keep tripping in holes.

Join the club! You can try to teach him to only dig in one particular spot, or put a sandbox there and train him to only dig in that. I haven't bothered personally, it's not like my yard could be saved by two dogs running there all the time anyway.

Hehe, thank you for those pictures, it gave me the best feel good laugh this morning. He's just too darn cute!

Like Fran mention, you can make his own little digging sand box. It's impossible to curve them from digging but you can teach him where it's appropriate. When he's about to dig in your garden just redirect him to his sand box and praise him. Even hide a few good treats or toys in the sand box to motivate him to dig in that spot.

That's a very cute dog, but probably a little dirty

I've had some success teaching some dogs to dig only in one spot, I've also had some failures trying to teach other dogs the same thing. I think it depends on the dog.
