I really am loving this camera. I figured I need to get it out for more than just my dogs and expand my horizons. So, I took myself out to do just that. Yeah, so I am not the best and the first one to admitt it. But I thought I might share some of my beginner practice pictures. I did go today and pick up a tripod after the zillionth picture taken and my agitation that I wanted one. I think this might be the next expensive hobby besides my dogs. What to do?

There a few pictures that I picked, so it might take a bit.

The first ones I found in my yard. After the constant rain and now break with humidity, these lovely fellows decided to pop up overnight and grew massive rather quickly.

Then I stopped off at the city over and went to the park with some beautiful flowers. The variety though, left much to be desired.

This place was great. This was in Iowa in their downtown area. The fountain changes colors and shape.

I hope you enjoyed them. What do you think? Opinions? None have been modified. I haven't downloaded the editor software that my camera came with yet and am not sure if I will. I am slowly getting into that....

WOW!!! Those are great! :D I'm with BP--I love those fountain pictures. If these are your "beginner" photos, believe me, you are going to be an amazing photographer. It took me months for stuff to actually turn out focused. Though it may have helped if I'd actually read the manual instead of using it for a coaster.

wow.. that just might be an idea for a ROAD trip! lol.. Do you live near there?
Not too far. There are a few jumps and skips between the way. I travel frequently through the eastern section of Nebraska so the drive is nothing. Everything tends to be close and the "next town over" :D I was at four different cities that day and two states.
