I Generally Ydont Eat Just 3 Meals A Day, I Get Bored With Eating A Big Meal. So I Usually Snack Throughout The Day, Not Always On Healthy Things Thou. I Am Gona Try And Stop Eating Late At Night, Definately! Its Hard Thou, Cos Lee Is Always Home Late, So Im Cooking Late For Him, And Then Im Tempted By What Ever Im Cooking Him. So Ill End Up Having Two Suppers, One When I Finish Work, And One When He Finishes Work!
It's definitely easier for me now that Andrew is working normal shifts, so he isn't eating dinner at 8 or 9 anymore....I found that when he was eating, I wanted to eat too

Yikes talking about human diets and all of a sudden someone is talking dog food. Bet we would all lose weight and do well on diets if we switched to dog food. roflmao

I ate lots of fruits and veggies after I had my daughter and wanted to loose the "baby pudge". Also eat less of a serving of whatever you eat. And I heard chewing slower helps as well because most people will shovel food in their mouth and not realize they are full. Also drink a lot of water because sometimes when you think you are hungry you are actually thirsty. Walk as much as you can with the dogs, maybe half an hour twice a day (or twice a day every other day or something). Also don't eat take out food because it's "convient". That's where we went wrong, it's easy and convient to run to Mcdonald's. Well it's also convient to open a thing of yogurt or throw in a healthy choice (or lean cuisine) frozen dinner.

Well there goes all my fun. No wonder I am still pudgy---well down right fat. I weighed 120 pounds all my life. JUst before Lily was born 250 lbs, after Lily was born 200lbs. JUst before Megan was born 13 months later 275 lbs. After Megan 250lbs. Now 2 years later and no more baby's---185lbs. Walking walking and bicycling bicycling. I am cautious what I eat and how much too.

I couldn't live without my Burger King LOL--I craved it so much when I was pregnant with my second dd that my oldest dd would play "drive through" with her toys :D We don't eat it as much as we used to, but considering the fact that it is literally a block from home DOES make it too convenient to ignore!
