LMFAO only 64oz.. my doctor would kill me. More like 80 on average, never mind days when I exercise a lot, and often more than that in just water, plus tea/juice/etc.
How? It becomes pretty habitual to have water on hand.
When I'm sitting at the computer I used to CONSTANTLY munch on something.. now I drink water instead. When I go to exercise I make sure I drink at least a bottle of water beforehand and eat a little, and then drink up afterwards as well. I get dizzy and can black out if I'm not hydrated, so it's a big issue for me and I try to keep taking care of myself.
I always have something to drink in the mornings, and I like to have some tea at night... just be gradual, Bax. Have a bottle of water extra a day. and then up that a week or two later.. and reward yourself with a little treat when you finish the bottle. If you can'd stand the taste, add a tea bag or lemon/lime/etc. Caffeine will also make you pee, so make sure if you add tea it's decaf. (For the person who said you pee a lot more when you drank coke.. that's probably why!)
