Oh man, I almost cried, they were so beautiful The documentary was about the sawtooth wolf pack in Idaho, although it was filmed several years ago and most of the orignal pack is no longer alive. They captured some GORGEOUS images on film though, especially the pack hunting by night and playing in the snow... and it was amazing to see how the wild wolves had accepted the human filmmakers who had lived among them for years, even coming up to them and cuddling and licking them. I don't know if the discovery channel will replay the show anytime soon, but see it if you get the chance!

The article in the first post of the thread is written in a somewhat condescending tone, but I think since it was a newspaper review it likely wasn't written by someone who really cares all that much about wolves Anyway, it's definitely worth seeing!
